“Kris and Robert came to my home to diagnose an AC that was not cooling well. They found it low on refrigerant and a leak in the evaporator coil. My unit was about 17 years old and the new evaporator was not readily available. I had a small bottle of R22 refrigerant and Kris put this in as part of the initial call, all at no charge.
Kris gave me two quotes for a new unit… I had 4 other companies provide me a quote and K&J was MUCH less expensive.
…Robert and 2 other technicians came out and did the work, completing the removal of the old AC and gas fired furnace and installing the new REEM system in one day.”
